With over 25 years of dedicated Design-Build experience in the Vancouver market, Andy has overseen the design and construction of more than 1.2 million square feet of office space, managing a total of more than $40 million in construction budgets. His “customer-first” focus drives the entire team as well as the trades that we work with.
Comfortable in many roles, Andy acts as your primary resource throughout the entire project, from initial conception through final move-in. He has in-depth experience in all aspects of the process, including design and engineering, project scheduling and management, furniture and finishes consultation, and budget management and reporting.
Masha has been with Syncor since 2022, bringing with her a strong range of experience gained over 7 years in the hospitality and high-end residential construction sectors in Dubai.
Originally hailing from Ukraine, Masha holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and Architecture, with studies focused in automation control and computer-integrated technologies. As a result, she brings outstanding technical skills to her role.
Masha’s most recent experience was with a builder of luxury residential villas in Dubai, where she oversaw subtrade selection and management, project scheduling, materials logistics, and financial reporting. She is well-versed in every facet of project management which she puts to use daily in her role at Syncor.
Masha jumped into her role here hitting the ground running, and has quickly gained an in-depth understanding of our systems and processes. She has developed excellent working relationships with clients and subcontractors alike, and is known for her tenacity and attention to detail. She has been instrumental in getting key projects across the finish line, while delivering outstanding client service.
Tamara brings to your project a broad range of experience in materials, methods, and approaches. Originally starting at ground zero in the design industry, Tamara brings years of experience with flooring, tile, paint, and fabric to the fore on your project. This skill set has enabled Tamara’s development into a strong Interior Designer. With 10+ years of industry experience, the last 3 focused on corporate office interiors, she creates an effective balance of form and function, using highly-developed technical skills and thoughtful communication to bring together your vision, while always keeping a keen eye on the overall budget.
Also an accomplished artist, Tamara excels in a number of areas, from creative writing – both poetry and prose – to drawing and painting. Through her varied artistic pursuits, she has developed a keen interest in developing the inspiration and the hidden work that goes on underneath the final coat of paint. Tamara looks forward to incorporating functionality, beauty, and a healthy dose of fun into any space large or small.
Kevin holds the distinction of being one of Syncor’s longest-serving employees, starting off in its earliest inception and now returning with a wealth of experience gained across several businesses. We are thrilled to have him back on our team.
Kevin started his career at Syncor, managing the furniture service division. In that role, he dealt closely with Canada’s premier corporations, building excellent working relationships with both clients and front line crew.
Through his time at Syncor, Kevin transitioned his skills to the growing construction market. He further developed those skills at Fusion, building larger, more complex projects and growing his skill set to encompass site safety.
At Heritage and The Crew, Kevin was instrumental in scheduling and managing a wide range of resources, encompassing both furniture and architectural wall systems, earning an outstanding level of client satisfaction.
Kevin rejoins Syncor with a broad range of experience with two key areas of focus—build quality and client satisfaction.
Christina is an energetic, engaging Interior Designer professional with 10+ years of experience in the corporate office environment. With Syncor since 2017, Christina has handled a wide range of projects, incorporating eye-catching design flourishes while facilitating the client’s key success factors.
Primarily focused on corporate office design, Christina brings a balance of strong technical skills along with a keen eye for the flow and function of the space. She is extremely skilled at navigating complex code requirements and maintaining strong working relationships with the City’s permit group. She works closely with suppliers to stay on the leading edge of design trends, materials, and applications.
